Exchange Policy

At Bin Saeed Pret, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • Sale items are also eligible for exchange, subject to the conditions above.

Exceptions

  • Exchange requests made after 7 days of receiving your order may not be accepted.
  • Products that have been used, washed, altered, damaged, or are missing original tags may not qualify for exchange.

How to Initiate an Exchange

To request an exchange:

  2. Share your order number and the reason for the exchange.
  3. Securely pack the item with all original packaging and tags.
  4. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer support team after your request is approved.

Exchange Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the exchange shipping charges, unless:
    • The wrong item was delivered.
    • The product received is damaged or defective.
